I wanted to follow up with you and let you know how pleased I was with the quartet that played at my garden wedding last weekend in Alexandria. They were all exceptional musicians and our guests really appreciated all of the beautiful music that was played prior, during and after the ceremony. The two songs that they accompanied my brother-in-law on (The Prayer and Exodus) were simply moving and emotional for all. My brother-in-law, who is a professional opera singer and who has sung in many venues around the world, was most impressed with the quartet. Bravo! I spoke briefly with Jose (thought it was you) and told him that I wanted to tip the four of them, but would work through you to do so. Please advise how I would do so. I was not in a position to do so at that moment. Again, Radi, wonderful working with you and I would recommend String Poets to anyone looking to include music in their event. From the first time I contacted Radhi Santos from String Poets, he was confident and enthusiastic about performing the ceremony and cocktail hour music for our wedding. He listened to what I wanted the atmosphere to be like, and suggested music to create the happy environment I wanted. Radhi was responsive, super professional, and the trio that played at the wedding sounded incredible. When I think back on my wedding day, one of the things I actually remember is the music String Poets was playing. It was nice not having to worry about this part of the wedding; completely worth it! I couldn't have been more pleased. These guys sounded just perfect! They played a non-traditional piece for me as I walked down the aisle - Dvorak's Humoresque No.7 as well as other pieces we selected for the reception. Radhi, I cannot thank you and your colleagues enough for the beautiful music at Sarah's wedding. "String Poets are talented and generous. Our memorial service at Wolftrap was a challenge as it included a classical set, a dove release and several secular pieces interspersed within a program. Extraordinary musicians and professionals, the String poets hit every challenging entry, page turn and pause. As a modest singer, I would recommend String Poets to enhance any gig.
